A 1U 19″ Data Cabinet Shelf designed for 600mm x 450mm cabinets is a standard accessory used to support non-rack-mountable equipment like routers, modems, or small UPS units.

• Dimensions: Typically features a 300mm depth to fit comfortably inside a 450mm deep cabinet while allowing for cable clearance.

Common Mounting Types

For 600x450mm cabinets, you will primarily find two mounting styles:

• Cantilever (Front-Mount): These attach only to the front rack pillars. They are ideal for lighter equipment like modems and small switches, typically supporting up to 20kg – 25kg.
• Fixed (4-Point Mount): These attach to both the front and rear rails. These are much sturdier and can support heavier loads, sometimes up to 50kg – 100kg depending on the specific model.
