Domestic Shipping (Within Kenya)

We are committed to processing and dispatching your order quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Same-Day Shipping: All orders that have been placed and fully paid for before 3:00 PM East African Time (EAT) will be shipped out on the very same day.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after the 3:00 PM EAT cut-off will be processed and shipped by 10:00 AM on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Partners: We utilize reliable upcountry transport services to ensure timely and secure delivery across the country. Your order may be shipped via:

  • Well Fargo
  • Ena Coach
  • Modern Coast
  • Any other established upcountry bus service that offers package courier services.

Important Note on Collection: All packages are shipped for pickup from the destination office of the chosen courier service.

Shipping Cost & Payment:

  • Standard Flat Rate: We charge a standard, base shipping fee of KES 500 for all orders, which is paid at the time of purchase.
  • Courier Adjustments (Final Price): The final shipping charge is determined by the courier based on the size, weight, and specific nature of the goods.
    • Higher Price: If the courier’s charge is more than the KES 500 flat rate, the difference will be communicated to you and is typically paid directly to the courier upon collection (C.O.D. – Cash on Delivery).
    • Lower Price & Refunds: If the courier’s charge is less than the KES 500 flat rate, the remaining balance will be refunded to you or can be utilized as a credit toward your next purchase.

International Shipping (Outside Kenya)

  • Process: For all orders being shipped outside of Kenya, coordination is made with an appropriate international shipping agent, cross-border bus service, or courier on a case-by-case basis.
  • Costs & Responsibility: Please note that the standard KES 500 flat rate does not apply to international orders. All associated taxes, duties, and cross-border charges are calculated and transferred directly to the client, who is responsible for their payment. We will communicate these specific costs to you prior to the final shipping confirmation.
